Authentic Soviet Army soldiers winter mittens. Soft inner sheepskin lining is covered with heavyweight cotton, that blocks wind and moist. We've turned mittens inside out (see pictures) to view how the inside is lined with sheepskin. These all natural winter mittens will keep your fingers together and toasty in the coldest weather conditions. Designed to sustain extreme Arctic Circle cold, these uniform mittens act similar to "uggs on hands". When outside temperature is around 32°F(0°C) or even higher - wearing some ordinary mittens will make your hands sweat. In these mittens hands are "breathing"; sheepskin absorbs moisture and cotton shell evaporates out extra warmth. The lobster glove construction allows increased dexterity with the pointer finger separated, which makes them great for winter hunting and sniping.
Made in Soviet Union, right before it's collapse - in 1991 or just a year or two after.
